UGM Dallas is transforming lives to end homelessness one person at a time.

How we do it

We give a

Hand up

not a hand out
They want dignity and just need help getting back on their feet.

CLEAN

clothes
The homeless pray for these things while we take them for granted.
1 out of 6
homeless
Americans are

CHILDREN

Don’t let them go to sleep
hungry and afraid.

Rethink what you think

you know about homelessness.

How do we change the stigma

around homelessness?

Whoever is kind to the poor lends to the LORD,
and he will reward them for what they have done. -Proverbs 19:17 NIV

Over

4,000

individuals in Dallas County are experiencing homelessness.

245 miles down
100 more to go!

Update from Doug Fletcher cycling to raise awareness for the homeless in Dallas…

“Just finished 245 miles. Spending the night in W. VA at Shepherdstown on the Potomac River. Decided to get off the canal path, surface was too rough and too many mosquitoes. In Williamsport MD, spoke to a very friendly bike shop owner who showed us an alternative routing on idyllic country roads smooth surface and no traffic. Her are some of the farms, etc we rode past. Tomorrow we ride back in history to Antietam battlefield and Harper’s Ferry. Two more days of riding then we meet in DC. God has blessed us both great and small.”
